About TASPONY
Taspony was conceived in 1981 as a new sport for all generations.
Its rules are similar to tennis, and it uses a sponge ball.
The ball has a diameter of 17cm and weighs 50g. Each player uses their bare hands.
Features of Taspony:
-
Safety: The soft sponge ball ensures safety.
-
Space-saving: The court size is smaller than a badminton court.
-
Simplicity: It requires minimal equipment, using only bare hands.
-
Accessibility: It's easy to learn and improve at.
-
Health benefits: It exercises both the right and left hands, providing a proper workout.
Taspony is suitable for diet and recreation for people of all ages and genders. The sponge ball helps to equalize differences in strength. Exercising the right and left hands, as well as the lower and upper body, improves body balance.
